About

We operate the thing we sell.

The growth system we install for B2B clients is the same one our own businesses run on. It was not designed in a deck.

The short version

How this started.

Automate & Scale began as a portfolio, not an agency. Each brand was built to own a single vertical, because a generalist pitch loses to a specialist every time a buyer puts them side by side.

Running nine of them at once forced a decision most agencies never have to make. Either every brand gets its own stack and its own process, or one system has to serve all of them. We chose the second, and the system turned out to be worth more than any single brand in it.

That shared system, the offer work, the demand engine, the CRM and automation infrastructure, and the reporting layer on top, is what we now install for companies outside the portfolio. It arrives with the mistakes already made.

The portfolio

Nine agencies, one operating system.

Each one owns a vertical and speaks in its own voice. Underneath they share a CRM, an automation library, and a set of SOPs. This is where the system gets stress tested before a client ever sees it.

Med spa and aesthetics
Chatbots and automation
Chiropractic
Agriculture and direct to consumer
Allied health and medical
Home services trades

Principles

Four things we will not trade away.

Systems over heroics

If growth depends on one person having a good month, it is not growth. It is a performance, and performances do not compound.

Specialization over breadth

Every agency in the portfolio owns one vertical. Depth is what lets you charge more and guess less, and it is the only durable answer to a cheaper competitor.

Documentation is the deliverable

An automation nobody can explain is a liability. The SOP is not paperwork. It is the thing that makes the build transferable, auditable, and yours.

AI where it removes work

AI belongs where it deletes a task, not where it produces more things for a person to check. If the output still needs repairing by hand, nothing was saved.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

A good fit

Not a fit

If that is how you want to work, let us talk.

Thirty minutes on what you sell and where it stalls. We will tell you straight if the fit is wrong.
